THE DIVISIONS witnessed within the Judicial Service Commission clearly spells out the shame that the Mombasa meeting has brought to the fore!!!!
Much as the legal fraternity argued stupidly about the independence of the Judiciary, question is ... IS THE JUDICIARY ITSELF white as cotton????
When it bends the law, who tames it???? Its us Kenyans through our MP's much as we may have reservations on them!!! When all systems and institutions fail, the death of a country is certified but we aint there yet!!!
Now that Shollei is back in office, can the JSC authoritatively claim to be in control????
Where's the difference now between the legislature and the Judiciary????.
Those that were claiming that Shollei is headstrong can now take a flight from the Judiciary or eat humble pie and kneel before this lady fron Rift Valley... hahahahha
Those who cited her refusal to part with fruits of Uhuru can now die of Vitamin C deficiency.... hahahaha
Those that hoped to seek houses to the Judiciary can as now forget completely to ever earn a commission from sale or rental of the said Mombasa houses.
The Chief Justice has once more proved himself to be above board by refusing to be drawn into silly infights and has actually been the unseen, unsaid strongest pillar of that institution.
SHOLLEI has beaten petty plotters at their own game.... they thought they'd scare her off by playing dirty.... she jumped into the mud and dared them all...... THEY WERE ALL COWARDS!!!!
