Now Raila talks of a referendum so as to reign in a parliamentary system of government!!!. When Raila and Co. donned some free green T - shirts and vigorously campaigned for yes,was the tribal tryanny ancient to his thinking??.

WHY didn't Kenyans then stop and ask themselves why the West was financing and oiling the Yes campaigns as if the Kenyan Constitution was a Universal one to be adopted by all. The pricetag for the free goodies which never were is here with us now. The ignorance and desperation of some 6 million Kenyans has come to haunt us.
What changed after the polls except his losing and losing big????.
Pretending to be fighting for the small tribes is neither here nor there .....a few days ago,his lieutenants Orengo and Muthama were telling a different story and clearly the constitution ain't the problem,their being out of power is the problem. 
Most of honest Kenyans know the game Raila is playing, a game of idlers and we can't afford to be politicking day in day out and move on at the same time. Anybody clamouring for a change of the constitution at this point is either mad or an idiot because only 3 years ago, one only needed to read the draft and vote NO like I, Ruto and some 2.9 million other Kenyans did. 

I have always maintained that those who read the draft opposed it.

Question is, had Raila won, would he be clamouring for a parliamentary system????
When he was PM, how did he make appointments??? Did he factor in the small tribes hogwash and didn't he largely appoint from his Luo tribe????
