CHANGES that have been crafted to empower the Inspector - General to chair and actually control the National Police Service is a rape to the constitution and Kenyans in general.... it should not be allowed to sail through and should it because Jubilee got the parliamentary numbers, Uhuru should not sign it into law and should he,.... then Kenyans can kiss justice from the Police goodbye and brace themselves for all extra - judicial injustices. This is a reason enough for Gatembu to re - activate his revolution ideals. There's no way police can police themselves, it beats all what the Ransley report advocated for. A good example is yesterday's dawn accident that has Uhuru and Engineer Kamau act emotionally about as if it was unexpected!!!  This is so because that bus had overloaded, had oversped and its barely a month after another careless accident at Githurai. How many police officers own public transport vehicles in Kenya???
How can a junior traffic police officer detain and book a matatu owned and controlled by his boss????. Is Uhuru and Kamau alien to this scenario?????

Inspector - General has the independent command of the service and the commission has the recruitment and determining transfers of the service.. Its clear but now we are been fed hogwash that the IG's powers are tied.... by who and how??????

THEY HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF!!!. This is so because Uhuru is deeply charting the way forward by engaging friendly countries to his side on matters economic. By the time these cowardly sycophants realise it..... Uhuru will have done his thing and left. 

Every corner you take in Central Province, the chorus is the same... if it wasn't for ICC, Uhuru will; have done this or that my foot...... TRUTH is that Uhuru DOES NOT & CANNOT FEAR ICC in his position now.... HE IS THE PRESIDENT!!!! ICC got no equal in him only subordinates,... Kenya is a member state of the ICC and equally a member of the UN. While Nairobi got no VETO powers, China & Russia does and one VETO is enough. The WORST that the West can do is economic sabotage which is managable..... which is exactly what Uhuru is doing right now. 

Ruto internally is containing Raila's wave to a point of chewing Miraa which Ruto hates with a passion(hahahahaha). The country is headed to the realisation that indeed Uhuru & Ruto might and should DEFY the ICC(read West) and dare whoever crosses our path!!!

Kalonzo is soon defecting as he cannot afford to be against the government that he has served for almost 30 years and so is Wetangula.

Whatever has happened behind the scenes to changes all these characters remains a puzzle to many but the truth is many more are going to be forced out of Raila's camp.

Uhuru himself appeared clearly peeved on the referendum hogwash and that by itself explains alot of never disclosed behind the scenes outbursts that eventually DEFINES how the machinery operates........ yes its good when Uhuru gets mad because only then that real changes actualizes.

Raila is a hard nut to crack and we can rest assured that this war is far from over........ I think its just started in earnest. While Uhuru has everything to worry about, Raila has nothing.  As the trial date approaches, the more fearful I get.

ICC FEAR, ICC FEAR, ICC FEAR!!!!!

ICC is here with us and in a month's time, Ruto will be on the dock and soon after Uhuru. The West is hellbent on collapsing our growing economy for furthering Kibaki's East direction. Divide and bring them down is likely to be the carrot to be dangled...... ICC(read demonic West) could ease Uhuru's case and tighten Ruto's. This will fuel the Kikuyu / Kalenjin suspicion and break the Jubilees back. With the current referendum wave fuelled by Raila across the country....... the half that Uhuru and Ruto commands will break and Raila will have 3/4 of the country on his side. Coupled with the largely absent president and deputy, Raila will manage to get the country onto the streets and boy oh boy,...... nasty its going to be.


The only way to avoid or stem this is for the Uhuru regime to take seriously the intelligence report they are filtering from the Western capitals and make a STRONG DECISION before the commencement of these trials. Any cloud of doubt should be taken seriously and acted upon - DEFYING THE ICC. The current trip of Uhuru to Russia and China should base this decision.

COUNTERING of the referendum wave must be SWIFT, BRUTAL & FINAL. If its not possible to act overtly, the hell go covert.

Raila was allowed to take a section of governors to the US of A and the government simply looked the other way. Whether they planted moles(which they did) on that trip and snooped into all that transpired or the trip was a failure doesn't change the perception that Raila emerged the victor.... This is what will make his wave prosper.


Recent Ruto's trip to the Coast was another indicator that TRULY the regime has panicked...... its like Raila is calling the shots.... he's actually changing the president and his deputy's diaries. Uhuru should have gone to Kisii whether the threat of instability was high...... ITS TIME FOR HIM TO RE - ASSERT HIMSELF.


Senators referendum call has been hijacked and turned into something else.... Kindiki's clarification notwithstanding. The stage is different and cast different.

Ruto's tour of the Coast must have been an intelligence leak on Raila's next political stop,...this is proved by his going and the title deeds that the Cabinet approved for the Coastals. Raila is ahead of the "dynamic duo" as Kibaki once called Uhuru and Ruto. This is bad, this is a Johnie come lately blind move and Raila will emerge the victor in Coast. Should he dwell on Land issues which he will, the Coastals will listen and listen big. This they will do because they are not stupid and never were. 

Should Raila and he will dangle the "minority's presidential chance" carrot, it will be bought.... I 'd buy it too had I been a Coastal, the wave will start and God forbid that this could awaken the MRC and we all know the rest.

On Uhuru / Raila meeting in Uganda and what was verbally agreed, this is a meeting which NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN. Uhuru fell into Raila's trap because Raila retuirned the cars and declined the state's choice of guards..... this was very OBVIOUS!!!!

Both Jomo and Moi were open and ruthless partly because the constitution partly allowed while Kibaki was covertly cold and ruthless. He contained Raila and opposition in  A HIDDEN WAY BECAUSE THE CONSTITUTION is more flexible now. Uhuru knows what must be done and he aint doing it ..... WHY??????????

During Uhuru's historic Serena press conference conceding defeat ....the duo were together. Me believes their friendship is much more than Moi can ever imagine. 

On the other hand, Uhuru and Gideon Moi have alot in common from their growing up in around and about State House or Kabarnet Gardens and the two I also believe are genuine friends!!!!.

These three gentlemen are now surrounded and controlled by the state machinery which has largely been built by Kibaki who also happens to be Uhuru's Godfather.
This is where the real drama starts, drama because COME 2017 one thing must and will happen..... UHURU MUST & WILL BE RE ELECTED for his second and final term.(This the machinery wont negotiable...it will as has always been ALL SYSTEMS GO) Question is, is Ruto patient enough?? And if he is, are the Moi's patient enough and content  to accept  Ruto is the next closest presidential material from the Rift Valley assuming that all things remain as they are??

The more senior Moi is seen with Uhuru, the more Uhuru loses it. This is because Ruto made Uhuru president while Moi introduced Uhuru into presidential politics.
Uhuru is safer banking on Ruto than Moi who lost the masses to Ruto.

Uhuru must break the cord with Moi and while at it LOUD ENOUGH for Ruto to hear and trust!!!!! Anything short of this will open up the GROOMING ground for Ruto come 2017.

Gideon should build himself up as a Senator and win the hearts of Rift Valley before he can think of venturing out....... 

Uhuru and Ruto can avoid the snooping that was the coalition and the INITIATOR is Uhuru who must tame his camp and bring Ruto even closer than before!!!

On matters ICC....... there's really nothing and Uhuru must protect his Deputy by all means!!!!!

Its all clear there's a major and well calculated economic sabotage fuelled by enemies of the Jubilee government.
While part of this is to test the patience of Uhuru, its worth noting that this could be the best thing to have happened so as to unlock the inner Uhuru!!!!

Uhuru must cut his smiling demeanor and stamp his authority and spread his unforgiving stance to all economic saboteurs within and without the country!!!!

All night runners must be dispensed with at night and all traces of evidence shredded and burnt before day break!!!! 

Its useless and meaningless and a waste of time and resources arguing over petty crimes and all answers are at our fingertips.

For reasons close to my bones, I cannot rule out the CIA and the larger plots by the West in sabotaging the Jubilee regime.
