Its not unconstitutional for a Kenyan president to be away from the country while his deputy is out!!!!

Much as its a justification of the president's word a fortnight ago that the country cant be in a vacuum, truth is that there would be no vacuum for a week or two.
SO WHAT STOPPED UHURU FROM GOING???/
Why won't Kenya be represented at the General Assembly by our able Foreign Affairs Secretary????
My Murang'a bred bones and jigger infested feet tells me that all is not well.... it's more than meets the naked eye. What more does Gichangi know and we don't???
WILL UHURU TRAVEL TO THE HAGUE WHEN HIS TIME BECKONS????
My position remains that HE SHOULD'NT!!!!!!
