WHY do we forget so quickly to a point of being stupid??? We are to blame on the security lapses that have cost us lives at the Westgate Mall.

Those buggers lived amongst us and we kept to ourselves. They are still living among us. We know what needs to be done especially in Eastleigh yet we do nothing about it. When eventually raids are conducted, they become a money making project for our police....... we all know this too well.

Its a fact that the intelligence no longer have ANY POWERS to neutralize these elements and their role is now ADVISORY. This was after much cry about Mwakenya, Nyati house and Nyayo House torture chambers.  The police have the powers to arrest and charge.

As I watched those politicians rant like mad men on how Gichangi has failed, I wondered whether they realised that the policing laws they want changed to have the Inspector - General have more powers over the National Police Service  Commission is more dangerous since the major let down on security matters and checks lies SQUARELY ON THE POLICE. 

The failure in the police can only be attributed to the failure of the Inspector - General!!!! Ever since ascending into office, nothing much has changed. The old cartels were not smashed. Its business as usual as evidenced by the number of accidental deaths on our roads. You can imagine what goes on in the drug industry, immigration offices, our border entry points etc etc.

Uhuru has severally acted like the inspector - General by stepping into what I'd call a minor assignment of telling the police what needs to be done when we got professional who arent acting.

I believe there could have been arrests before the Westgate massacre as I would rather call it.  Those idiots lived in our country and the police never saw a thing.

Why do the MP's want to give the police more powers to do nothing???

Where are we headed as a people???

When do we OPT to disturb God on matters we can avoid??/

Who will issue the orders?????.

Rather than have Uhuru board a plane to the Hague, we'd rather Uhuru hands over the baton to Karangi because in essence thats what will happen. 

Justice for Kenya can never be sought at the Hague ..... just like the West never decided for us who to vote.

Whats the real reaction of Uhuru towards the ICC HOGWASH CASE??

Something tells me all is not okey, something in my Murang'a bled bones tells me that Kenya is SOON GOING TO DEFY THE ICC. Its the best decision for the country..... its the only way to keep this country glued together. It is what must be done before the case re opens old wounds. Kenya healed when Kikuyus and Kalenjins OPTED to work together and voted Uhuru and Ruto. These two tribes were the centre of fights, hatred & suspicion. Whether the union was fake at first, it was made real by the election of March 2013, whats remaining is to cement that unity. It cannot be possible with the ongoing ICC trials.

The West knows this too well and are capitalizing on it to bring our government down hence curtailing the East influence on East & Central Africa and to a large extent Africa. This is why Uganda and Rwanda have been against Kenya honouring the ICC. While Uganda and Rwanda could be misleading us, the recent events at the Coast tells a different story. 

Uhuru must make that DECISION and make haste about it. Uhuru was reportedly DISTURBED as he watched his deputy in court..... questions are, 
Why did he allow Ruto to travel????
Why did he dispatch his brother Muhoho and his fond nephew Jomo(also his PA)to the Hague to render moral support to Ruto?????? Had Ruto expressed  reservations on going????
Will Uhuru travel to the Hague when his time comes????
Why did Esipisu tell us about Uhuru being disturbed by the case and who authorised such information????
What message is being put across?????

One clear thing is that the fears  that Museveni and Kagame have on Uhuru going to the Hague are real but there's more information that our intelligence has that has given Uhuru the confidence and greenlight to allow his deputy to attend the trial. 

As witnesses continue developing cold feet, it is evident that they are all known and most have been rendered useless!!!. They were cracked and bought a long time ago.

Personally, I aint bothered about the trial, am more concerned on the effects of the trial on our unity as a country.
