Much as the world denies this, ICC will be useless without Africa  because they are using it a s a tool to further their exploitation. We know US wants to push Kenya to the wall so that they have Africom base in Lamu. They thought that they will get to Southern Sudan's through us but Kibaki pulled a fast one on them. Am not shocked if a year from today, they start supporting rebels in the northern Sudan to fight Southern Sudan.
